There's sadly no proper common space, so the kitchen will have to do which is on the small side unfortunately. Socialising will typically happen in each other's rooms or occasionally the kitchen. Fridge space and cuboard space in the kitchen for each person is satisfactory I'd say. Kitchen hobs can take a while to heat up though. Despite that, the rooms themselves are actually quite spacious and there's lots of room for movement. The bed mattresses are quite uncomfortable so must fork money out for a mattress topper (Absolute lifesaver). Having a sink in the room is a huge bonus to brush your teeth, wash your face, and even clean plates and bowls. Nice desk and storage space in wardrobe and draws. Toilets and showers are quite clean usually and shared spaces are cleaned every-week by a cleaner (bins are taken out every other day by a cleaner). Location is very good as it's right by all the main uni facilities so nothing is more than a five minute walk really, the walk into town being around 10-15 minutes. Coming back to the accom is a bit of a pain though, particularly with shopping since it's right on the opposite end to most supermarkets and guildford itself so very hilly.
