I stayed in Gardens which was 10 mins walk through campus to my lectures at Commons. Campus is really pretty and was one of the main reasons I chose the uni. There are cows and sheep and the sheep are quite friendly at 5am when you're watching the sun rise. Ensuite room on ground level meant the floor was quite cold in winter so I'd recommend indoor shoes. Fire alarm was tested every Wednesday for me which always scared me but you get used to it after a while. If don't have a car, it takes about half an hour on the bus to get to the city centre, and roughly £3 for a return ticket. And Bath is just really pretty with a couple of good clubs and lots of pubs and cafes.
